「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. 「Room was clean with the exception of the hairs that were in the beds when we arrived. The TV’s did not work and had to get service for this and to fix the broken door so it would close. Also had to have them reset both beds and then the fire alarms went off multiple times anyone showered or the balcony door was open too long. When we called, they did take us seriously and attempted to correct these things but was inconvenienced with so much staff in and out. We had 5 people in the room at one...
