“Lovely place, with lovely, friendly, helpful, and hospitable family owners who mange the hotel. There is a full service restaurant in the hotel. Location great for downtown Tam Coc, and easily walkable. The hotel also rents bicycles and small motorcycles. It is a new hotel in excellent shape, and very nice rooms. It does get a little noisy around 6 am, when life outside the hotel begins, and that might be a consideration for some. Vista Tam Coc is a lovely place with lovely owners. I’ll stay……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. Highly recommended the place……

“The stay was exceptional. I’ve never seen natural beauty like this in my life. I truly enjoyed the hotel and Ninh Binh and cannot wait to be back. The only recommendation I have is the service was on the slow side. While at the poolside, we’d order food and drinks and it sometimes took up to 30-35 mins to have the items delivered.., same for dinner. Other than that everything was great”

“I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Clean room, spectacular location, absolutely fantastic family. They were very accommodating when I showed up earlier than expected when I was supposed to show up at 6am coming off a sleeper bus from Hanoi, but instead took a tour the day before that dropped me off in Tam Coc at 9pm (I paid for the entire night just so I wouldn't have to wait to check in).”

“The couple who run this homestay are so nice and accommodating. They greeted us right as we stepped out of the van and helped with our luggage. He communicated with us via translator. There are bike to use for free and they make a wonderful breakfast of your choice daily. Anything we needed they were willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay with them again. They also have some very friendly kitties. ”

“We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit,etc). “The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others.”

“My family and I decided to stay here after reading the reviews. Firstly, we don't usually stay at home stays, but thought it would be a good experience being in ninh binh. Rooms, facilities and service were adequate. The home stay is located on a small road, so cars and buses cannot access. Every tour or p/u and drop off with grab had to stop on the main road because the roads there are narrow. I had to deduct one star due to coordination with the owners. “Our room was dirty, smelled like toilet, and the tv was broken. The receptionist, dora, was very very sweet! He really tried to help out, but clearly the bosses were the difficult people and just seighted and ignored us. They hated the idea they had to help us our t after 8pm due to our bad room.
