“We are a big family and were welcomed with open arms. Hotel Balsthal is a charming, modern hotel with a rustic feel to it.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back.
Staff is very welcoming to children and went above and beyond to accommodate our little ones.
It is surrounded by beautiful nature trails and old castles to visit.

Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! If you have a light luggage or capable to handle heavy one by stairs, the hotel is what you really need.
