“Booked at extremely short notice after my previous booking with Vrbo was cancelled. Property is part of a shared house with five bedsits within a single building sharing a single kitchen. Parking is very limited with a small drive. Regardless of what one of the other occupiers might think, there nis not enough space for two cars without parking right in fron of the front door, which would likely pose fire exit hazard given the liited access. For the purpose of somewhere to sleep with access to……

“It's almost impossible to get a good night's sleep at this hotel because of the constant traffic noise. I've stayed here many times over the years, but unfortunately this may be my last visit. During my previous stay, I was allocated a room on the second floor. I asked if I could move to the lower ground floor, where the traffic noise is noticeably reduced, but unfortunately no rooms were available. Well before this visit, I sent several messages requesting a lower ground floor room but……

“This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.”

“在小機場附近，但不巧我不是搭這個機場航班，沒有優勢，幸好到希斯路機場轉地鐵也可以直達，算是方便。鄰近單軌車站，交通方便，環境清静，可以到河邊散步，對面只有一間知名的中國餐館"一品"，没有超市或便利店，沒有任何購物點是最大缺點。”
