“A very good hotel where the rooftop swimming pool can over look the river. The hotel itself is beautifully built and the staff are very nice and helpful . There is a free hotel shuttle bus connecting to Hoi An beach which is also a check out point that can be missed. Excellent!!! ”

“Hoi An Babylon Luxury Hotel & Spa (newly built) and Hoi An Babylon Riverside & Spa (quite old) are sited side by side. We have booked 2 rooms and 2 nights for former hotel. The two hotels share one reception counter. We checked in at night and we were provided a room from the older hotel. We found out the mistake next morning and asked for relocation to the newer hotel that we booked and paid for. Hotel reception agreed to relocate us to babyon Luxury (new one) on 2nd day, but the……
