"Room was nice but took a long way from the pool area. I specifically asked to be by the pool as I was traveling with small children. I was given a room far away in the same building with lots of stair. No access for a stroller. It was tough carrying a baby in a car seat along with everything we needed at the pool. Not one person at the resort put any thought into the room we stayed in. Requested a crib, it was left upstairs and we had to bring it down ourselves. I'm a 58 year grandmother with my daughter and her kids. Not good. "
"This property is OK- depends on what you're looking for. POOL IS STILL CLOSED AS OF 5/3/26.
We've stayed here a couple times because of its proximity to NHMS. Will we stay again? Oh probably.
Pros:
-Rooms are clean
-Beds are comfortable
-Close to both Concord and NHMS
-Breakfast spread is alright
Cons:
-No pool currently
-Rooms are not even remotely sound-proof. If people are having a conversation in the hallway, you're in on it too.
-Gym equipment is ancient. The treadmill is worse than walking on the pavement.
-No ice machine upstairs anymore
-Cigarette butts all over the ground outside the side entrance."
"Very clean room, no staff present as we checked in pretty late at night, and overall the hotel is a minimal-staff location. Lots of self-serve areas. Overall loved it!"
"We will not be staying at this motel again. We chose the accommodations because it was dog friendly, but after paying online we were charged another $35 per night for the dog. Upon check in. When we booked through Expedia and paid it was what we thought was the final cost.
First night the TV didn’t.work properly and staff had to come in to reprogram. Then around 11pm the smoke detector started chirping. Had to get dressed go down to the offices for help. Again staff had to come into our room to replace batteries in the detector.
Last night around 10pm it sounded as if they were remodeling the rooms above us. The banging, shuffling, foot steps and voices continued for hours.
We DO NOT recommend this establishment if it is up front cost and a restful stay are your intentions.."
