“No hot water in entire building and they checked us into our room anyway. When we discovered it and called front desk Manager was terrible. We tryed to check out and He wouldnt check us out and trying to charge us for the room. I called Expedia and they called the Hotel and was treated much the same way. So I did get me refund that was due me. ”

“The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about. The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay. But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. ”

“Dirty and the carpet in the room smelled really bad I asked for an iron since there wasn’t one In the room at 7:45am they never came I went to my business meeting wrinkled even after calling twice my son called again at 3:09pm so we could go to dinner it finally arrived at 4:00pm ”

“Great stay and hotel overall. Welcomed by very friendly staff and allowed us to check in early. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the modern amenities including plenty of charging ports in the bed frame and table. Great lighting. The mirror in the bathroom is a Bluetooth speaker too, which is cool, except when someone else’s music was connected and very loud… but a call to the front desk and they guided me how to reset it and it stopped. Water fill station on main floor included sparkling,……

“It’s going through renovations. also walls thin and can hear people above you as well. Refrigerator “knocked” all the time as well. For the money it’s a place to stay but if you need quiet and appliances not keeping you up then it’s not the place for you. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Nicest people ever!!!”
