“Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance.
Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient.
Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.”

“While I appreciate Edinburgh was busy due to a big music concert, the marathon and it being a English Bank Holiday weekend, the hotel were clearly charging a premium which wasn't deserved!
For the price, I've experienced significantly better accommodation throughput the world.
Some of the opportunities :
- poor water pressure in the shower
- washbasin was cracked
- headboard was tatty and deteriorated
- brown stains on the net window curtains
- no complimentary bathroom extras

“Clean /warm rooms and beds, nice staff, nice view, great price, ~15min walk down the main street to old town and right next to hiking spot.
Would be absolutely perfect if the shower doesn't turn cold every once in a while (went there in december), but staff did promise to fix the problem.

“Everything about this hotel is honestly just so so good! As soon as we arrived, one of the members of staff was really sweet and gave us some really good recommendations of where the best places are to visit in Edinburgh. All the staff were all very lovely!! The lounge, patio and pantry were all such great additions to our stay but the bedroom was 10/10.
