「First off, this is a motel, not the Hilton. Kim was great, she was excited to see me when I arrivedThe room was clean, but had a slight odor of cigarettes. I attribute that to people standing outside of the rooms smoking and the A/C unit pulling smoke in.」

「The room we got was terrible. The room wasn’t clean when we got there. There was pee all over the bathroom floor. The water in the sinks never got hot. Not enough towels not enough blankets . The room smelled terrible. Went to use the oven and it smelled like roach spray was sprayed all over it. It said on their end that I ordered a handicap room but on my side it didn’t say that. It looked like the shoved us in the oldest room there that no one uses right in the corner next to the basketball...
