"Staff was good. Its early 20th century downtown style gives a charming experience. It’s old building which. Makes a unique experience. Just bummed about $250 deposit normally $100 or $21 no worry charges. We just used bed and bath"

"The location was perfect for getting around the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, including the valets. The room was phenomenal—they even gave us the room with the nicer, 3-head shower! We will definitely stay here again, when we can stay more than one night."

"It seems that the restaurants are running down on service. We tried both and there was only one waiter. Admired there work, though! As usual nowadays there’s only room cleaning every 2 days! Which for me will NEVER be ok. At least do the beds! And still they ask for tips. I miss the good old times"

"Great stay and excellent service. The rooms were very clean, the valet was fast, and the staff was extremely attentive. The only minor critique is that the front desk could do a better job pointing out the complimentary breakfast at check-in. The lobby is small, and the restaurant located down the hallway is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Overall, though, a solid experience and great hospitality!"

"The hotel was very nice. We had our dog, and she was given a bed and a bowl. The only negative was there was not a place for her to use the bathroom nearby. We had to walk quite a distance to find a grassy area. The other negative is that was the very expensive parking option."
