“I chose this hotel for my honeymoon stay after I saw a stunning video of the location on YouTube. I walked in with very high expectations and they delivered well over and beyond. This was my first time visiting Bali, and everyone’s service was amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Every day, the staff checked in to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The room was very clean; although there were a few little critters, the staff helped right away when we mentioned it. Breakfast was delicious, especially the duck rice at the restaurant—I still miss it after leaving! I’ll definitely come back to this hotel next time. Big thanks to all the staff for their wonderful service.
