This was my first time visiting Bali, and everyone’s service was amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Every day, the staff checked in to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The room was very clean; although there were a few little critters, the staff helped right away when we mentioned it. “This hotel has a fabulous staff, the service is super efficient, and the kindness is impressive. The only thing I can mention is that sometimes a bad smell came from the bathroom sewer, and they were working on the street at night, which woke me up due to the noise. “I and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kalyana. The staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. Responsive to questions / pre-bookings prior to our arrival from the US. We stayed in one of the wooden bedroom private pool villas. It was absolutely gorgeous - serene, and private. I was worried about mosquitos as it’s completely surrounded by rice fields. We were fine - no bites! Staff told us to let them know if we experienced any problems as they do spray - our bed had a mosquito……

“The hotel was very nice. We stayed in the two villas that sleep 4 people. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Their air conditioning was only for the bedrooms. The staff was very kind and helpful. They had a driver with the hotel, so getting into town was easy.
We tried walking from the hotel to find a restaurant and ATM and didn't find anything except one bakery that was walkable. you need a cab or gogek to get anywhere.”
