Great for a short stay

Hotel is centrally located and about a ten minute walk from the station. Room was what we needed as only there for one night. Bathroom was clean with shower. Being in the centre shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. Vending machine in reception area. Staff very friendly.

This is honestly a central hotel! Everything is easily walkable from here from attractions, shopping, restaurants! The staff were all very friendly and happy to answer questions, and help. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and great shower. I highly recommend it!

The location is great. Close to the train station, ca. 100 m to de Bijenkorf and the shopping mile. Good asian food all around. The first night, my room smelled of cigarettes, after that it was perfect.

David, the night desk clerk, was outstanding. On site bike rentals were a major plus in cyclist heavy The Hague. Rooms had no windows. Property had zero grounds. No irons or boards in rooms. No dry cleaning service.

Key location and the right price for a busy week in The Hague. Desk staff in the evenings and mornings were difficult to communicate with. That said, it felt like a safe location and I would stay there again for the price and access to this great city.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was lerge enough. The beds are made regularly, and the sheets and towels are changed often enough. But I don't think they actually clean the rooms very often. The location is very urban. Within a few hundred meters of the hotel are many fine restaurants and cafes as well as a busy shopping street with high-end stores. Also, across the street is a Salvation Army Service Center, so you will meet people from all walks of life. The hotel has a long list of rules, including specific criminal behavior they do not allow. This makes me wonder if they have had these things occurring there in the past. Be aware of your surroundings, and enjoy your stay.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff

Easy checkin, very friendly staff. Free luggage storage one piece per person. Clean room and facility. Our room is a standard room on ground floor, no window, could get a bit hot when central heat is on. Not sure why there's constant water flowing sound through the pipe on the ceiling after 18:00 maybe, but that didn't bother us. We found it quite soothing for our sleep. It's located right at heart of china town but not noisy at all. Walking distance to metro, bus, or even just 15 mins to train station.
