Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! 」

Highly recommend if looking for a complete experience in a boutique hotel combining excellent spacious rooms, each with pieces of the owners history, a wonderful gourmet brunch, beautiful grounds, and only 10 minutes from the Plaza. 「The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. 」

「Amazing property and even more amazing staff! Great service and they knew my name after the first day and it was such a nice touch! You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! It was the best ever!!! 」

「We go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??」

「We were lucky to have a room with a balcony upstairs overlooking the courtyard . It was a perfect place. Lovely beds and pillows, all the amenities you could wish for. Underground parking was ideal, and the proximity to town centre is ideal. Looking forward to staying there again. 」
