"Great location. Room larger than expected. Daily room which was great. Only problem is the key cards are really finicky. Had a lot of trouble with it our last day. Other than that, it was fantastic."

"Got to stay in the City for a few days and it was the best trip! Long overdue time in this area. So many great restaurants close by and traveling by Cable Car never disappoints. The Hotel staff were all charming and helpful. Thanks for the great hospitality and memories. See you again!"

"Only issue was street noise as hotel is on corner.. We travel with fan for white noise so it wasn't an issue for us, but may be for others.. Breakfast was good but menu didn't vary much.."

"Great hotel, exceptional value, spotlessly clean, decent breakfast included, great location as the underground and street cars have stops right outside the hotel. We were a family of 5, from the UK, including 3 teens aged 17, 15 and 13. The hotel is only 15 mins walk from Union Square. Yes, it does have some homeless people and drug addicts on the streets nearby....but unfortunately thats San Fran city centre these days! We disnt feel particularly unsafe, it was just sad to see really....and a good lesson for the kids on why not to do drugs!!! You could stay in a Hilton 10 mins walk up the street and you will see the same thing when you leave your hotel. Also, you can leave the hotel and jump straight on a street car if you dont want to walk. Overall, awesome value lovely hotel in a v Central location to enable you to see all the sights from."
