"The first room they gave me was tiny and would not have worked for two people; when I requested a larger one, they graciously found me one (for a small upcharge). I have stayed here many times, and have always found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating."

"My experience had unfriendly staff the room wasn't clean properly there was tissue in the door the sheet were wrinkle and the room was dusty. There was no coffee and water in the room but could have been charged $45 more just to access those necessities."

"We were disappointed with the room allocated to us, as the wallpaper was peeling of the walls, there was huge crack in the shower tray and the carpet was torn and taped. We asked for another room, which we got and it was much better. The staff were really great about it and everything else. It's a pity the bar in the lobby area is not open now as it was when we visited a few years ago. It's a good hotel, but needs to be brought up to a better standard."

"We were disappointed that we had no refrigerator in the room. My husband is a diabetic and has meds to be refrigerated. Went down to ask to have one brought up. Manager that was on got us an upgraded room. We were down to one elevator and long lines but this was not the staff issue. Enjoyed our stay !!!!"
