"We stayed here for the weekend for my brothers 60th birthday and set up a surprise and Leah the manager was so helpful and helped us to make it possible. The rooms were exactly what we needed somewhere to clean up have a cup of tea and have a good nights sleep and the bed was very comfy. So all in all a good choice for us for a very reasonable price. "We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future."

I booked a expensive family room for 1 night, but when I reached to hotel they said no rooms available and he said it's mistake from hotels.com website do not to accept bookings. I booked 5 days before and they confirmed by mail and message and charged onspot on booking by online. I booked it because it's it's very near to beach but they took me a different rooms where refurbishing 3-4 rooms which was bad smell, no bathrooms, no drinking water, no WiFi...

"The room was not fit for paying customers. Loose wires, peeling wallpapers, filthiest place I've ever seen. Landlord did not care at all how it looked or how he looked. The view was good and pet friendly. "
