"The check-in and check-out staff members didn’t seem too happy. Valet/bell guys were nice though. Location is great if you’re going to Disneyland. We got an upgrade to see the theme park view from our room, which was wonderful during Disney firework hour (9:30pm). Room was clean and spacious. "The only downside to our stay was the lack of outlets and usb outlets. There was one usb port in the tv for charging, but the tv had to be turned on for it to work. And there were regular outlets in the lamps, however, all but one had too loose of a connection to work. But the hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful."
