"The room could have been a lot cleaner.Husband is allergic to dust and he went and got a washcloth from the restroom and wipe the lamps and head board they were loaded with dust.So needless to say he didn’t sleep well. The couch in the room, had white stains on it!That didn’t look good at all!The night before we checked in the front desk gentleman was very professional. The continental breakfast was excellent very clean taken care of and the nice little extra touches of the avocado and egg for avocado toast was wonderful!!!Coffee excellent."

"This is not a luxury hotel, but the rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was free and good. We were staying one night after a concert at The Caverns (an amazing venue by the way!) and it was only about 15 minutes from the venue and a perfect spot to get to the show and get back on the road the next morning."

"Pet friendly and adorable! Great little enclosed outdoor pet area with a doggy door at the back, too. Situated on host’s beautiful property but still felt very private. I loved that it’s part of a farm and enjoyed seeing the ducks roaming about, and Cody (the owner’s dog) came over to play with us, too! It is set back from everything and very quiet, but still very easy to get to everything we wanted to do. Cloudland Canyon was about 25 minutes in one direction, and Chattanooga about 25 minutes in the other direction. Plus, it’s a very pretty drive! The Hut was so cute and enjoyable. I also loved the vase of sunflowers waiting for us when we arrived - such a lovely touch! Would definitely stay here again."

"Turtles abound. We enjoyed watching the turtles, herons, and even a bald eagle from our perch on the back porch of the house. When the air conditioning went out during the night, our host responded quickly and the unit was serviced and was back to work while we were out for the day. We appreciated returning to a cool space while the outdoors sweltered in July heat."
