Despite the age and condition of the facility the convenience of the location and price can't be beat. This area is one of the most vibrant places in the city full of art, coffee, food and shopping. The room was worn for ware but the bed had fresh white sheets and the towels were white and fluffy.

I stayed at Moda some 3 years ago, it was good so when he needed a hotel for a night i booked him at Moda. His stay was a disaster since the room he checked into has some musty smell, looks clean but the smell was really disappointing. It's a big relief that he moved to Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre the next day.

The staff members were amazing. The room was very comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. The restaurants served delicious foods. We totally enjoyed our entire stay.
