I booked a suites with 2 rooms and a balcony(Room 702). A pity that the sofa at the living room maybe damaged which cannot support well even for normal weight. I also found that the towels were a bit old and yellowish that should be replaced with some new one.
As for the location, even though a bit far from Phrom Phong BTS, which was around 10 mins walk. This hotel nearby got supermarkets, convenient stores, cafe, massage...

As for the location, even though a bit far from Phrom Phong BTS, which was around 10 mins walk. This hotel nearby got supermarkets, convenient stores, cafe, massage parlours and Japanese restaurants. You may consider to call grab or take the shuttle bus. But beware of the traffic jam that would happen during peak hours.
As for the service, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food and shopping goods can be placed at hotel lobby area once I asked the reception.
During checkout, the staff is also quick enough to notify us I have left a small luggage item in bedroom. Thank you for the quick follow up."
