"I have no issues with the room or hotel but I find it hard to believe you can’t have one clean room at 11 o’clock in the morning We had had a long flight in and although check-in is later in the day, I have never in the past had a problem getting in at that hour this time round we had to wait until almost 230 For elders that can be a long time to just sit around and wait"

"Location is great. parking was difficult to find. Staff were really friendly. Lack of any amenities that come with stay. Major problem with elevators.We would wait 10 minutes and when an elevator finally showed up it was full. there are no stair options as all stairwells are emergency exit only."

"was a great stay for me, the only thing that i could mention is security and the scan card for the garage being in a inconvenient location. i do believe that at certain hours there should be security for the workers and the guests, you should not be able to get into the elevator and select floors without a scan card. i would definitely stay here again as the loft suites are quite nice and home feeling. I just think a kick up in security would really make this place great. "

"This amazing home is just minutes from West edmonton mall, and not to far from the telus world of science or the zoo. It's a great and affordable place for families to stay. It's so nice to have a good, clean, family friendly place to stay without having to break the bank. "

"This suite is not good for long term stays. The sinks did not plug, the tub drained slowly, the cutlery drawer popped out regularly, the burners didn't work well on the stove, the oven fan rattled and was extremely loud, plug ins did not always hold plugs and the WiFi was inconsistent. You couldn't be on your phone without it impacting your tv or computer use. The cooking pots, pans etc were of very poor quality need replacing for tenants that want/need to cook. Some of the lamps did not work. The bed was comfortable, the hot water and shower pressure were great. The managers were prompt in responding when the coffee maker stopped working. It was a quiet place and noise levels were good. The sidewalks were always shoveled which was appreciated. "
