「We booked a junior suite for a 2 night stay in Newcastle in April. My wife found this hotel online as we wanted to stay in town for a change. Prime Quayside location, slick modern rooms, and everything just works, clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The complimentary minibar is a nice touch and the river views are an absolute bonus.

「Wonderful to be able to book dog-friendly accomodation in the middle of the city.
The staff were wonderful, the room was comfortable and well equipped.
We stayed in the Grey suite, which may be unsuitable for people with disabilities due to an internal staircase within the room, however it suited our needs brilliantly and I believe other rooms are more accessible. I would absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again if I was seeking accommodation in the area.」

「We arrived in the hotel early and left our luggages to the hotel staff. When we got back our luggage in the evening, one of the suitcases was apparently damaged. The staff tried to fixed it twice but failed. I was promised to be given at least a letter confirming the damage so that I could send it our insurer, and that the hotel would give us membership points as a compensation. The manager also said he would check the cctv and come back to us.

「Very spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but was adequate. Close to many walkable sites. The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided to them by 8am if you wanted it back the same day. We took an Uber to a coin laundry and it took an hour and was cheaper including the cost of the Uber there and back」
