「Had a great stay here after a last minute decision to stop over in Glastonbury. The family room was perfect for my husband, myself and our 5 year old with a very large space and comfy beds in a well decorated and clean room. It also had a fan which was appreciated on a hot day. The staff were really friendly and made a big fuss of our boy. We had dinner in the pub and the children’s meal included ice cream in the price which made him very happy! 「We stayed two nights, in the cottage at the side of the inn. 2 rooms, one a twin for 2 teenagers. The rooms were a great size. Clean, comfortable beds and excellent tea and coffee facilities. We had breakfast both mornings and the staff were warm, friendly attentive and very welcoming. The breakfasts were great. There was a thick winter 13 tog duvet on our bed ( and it was June weather) my husband asked for a blanket and sheet so the cleaner took away duvet but only left a sheet no blanket, so we were then cold on our second night and had to put our light raincoats on ourselves to keep warm:( The bed was far too small with it being a small double. Suggest you get smaller bedsize cabinets thsn the chunky ones and invest in a wider king-size bed for comfort for guests!」

「This was perfect for an overnight stay. Clean, 24 hour reception, comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Car park was free and right outside. No issues at all. Very good value.」

「Good location for strolling around Langport with its cafes,independent shops , gardens and river walks . The library is very close with an outdoors area . We had a room in the courtyard , good in the heatwave . Sometimes had to park further away in town car park ..still free ,though in autumn 2026 may have to pay . Staff helpful .」

「Good quiet location on the edge of Bridgwater looking out onto fields. Busy pub mid-week in April when we were there with people sitting out enjoying the weather. Good dinner and breakfast.」
