"Clean room but needs more lighting, hard to see to pack and unpack. Very simple room but clean and comfortable. We had a dinner credit from Expedia and the food was really good in the bar restaurant. Breakfast was $6.99 and it was good, nothing extravagant. Staff was ok, not super friendly."

" I was given a completely different room by the staff when I checked in, so different from the one I booked from Expedia. Yes it had a pool view, yes it had a king bed, but the unit was very dated and old unlike the picture from Expedia. the manager knew it was midnight already so it’s too late to cancel everything at that point, she just said “I don’t have anything available”. It was devastating. Drove all the way to Orlando almost 16hrs just to sleep in a condo that was totally different from what I booked was devastating and I travelled with my kid. "

"Loved the breakfast buffet! Carpets in hallways could have been vacuumed more often. Overall staff was nice and good place to stay on the beach!!! By far best service in the dining area for breakfast and food was delicious! "

"Great room! We could hear roosters starting around 3 am, even from the fourth floor, but that seems to be part of the usual Key West experience. Overall, it was a great place to stay."
