“The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating.”

“The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standards I expected from the Embassy Suites brand, especially considering the price. When we arrived, the room was not clean, and the bathroom was extremely small—so cramped that it was difficult to move around and even close the door comfortably. The air conditioning was inadequate. The room never became cool enough, and the hallways had virtually no air conditioning,……

“Our room had mold in it. On the lamp shades and ceiling. You can smell the dampness as you enter the room. Front desk staff was not friendly on the evening shift. Not pleasant and appeared to be annoyed. I do not recommend staying at this location”

“We (myself, wife, and 2 children) booked a room at this place for 1 night. About 10pm, the AC stopped working. After calling twice, the desk finally sent someone to look at the AC. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building.
