"Had to wait 2 hours after checkin to get into room .. gave us a different room that was ready … horrible smell so waited to get into our original room, got in there and garbage under chair, earring backing on floor, bathtub had globs of hair in it and paint chipping around drain.. so needless to say did not shower.."

Then when I asked for a refund, the GM Edgar Guzman denied it and would not even discuss it with me. I had booked 3 nights and I even agreed to pay for one if he would refund the other 2. Again, he couldn't be bothered on his day off. So disrespectful. "

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The receptionist was really nice and helpful answering questions I had about the area. However the service at breakfast was horrible. The guy serving the breakfast was rude and completely changed the feeling we had for our stay. His attitude will be the reason we will not stay at this hotel again. Definitely not worth the 300 we spent for a night. He was serving cold microwaved omelets and passing them out with such anger. Everyone has a bad day but you need to leave that at home when you are in hospitality. "

"My son and I enjoyed the Birds of a Feather. It was very clean and comfy! Definitely pet friendly, but didn’t have my dog. We enjoyed watching the birds off the patio. Very cute place!"
