Patio Villa home for rent in the Bonnybrook Communicty. Located between 466 and 466A. Convenient to Lake Sumter square and 10 min to shopping, banks, Publix, restaurants, etc. Close to Arnold Palmer golf course and Savannah Center. Fully furnished 2BR, 2BA, garage, electric golf cart and enclosed lanai. All essential home items needed to enjoy your visit.
You’ll enter the home through a covered and screened in lanai with patio table and chairs – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Once inside the home you’ll find an open floorplan with a large living room and dining area that flows into a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. There is also a laundry area w/ washer and dryer in the kitchen. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and large closet. There is also a second full bath with tub. This home comes furnished with bedding, linens, bath and beach towels, high-speed internet access, and an electric 2-seat golf cart. Utilities & trash are also included.
This home is close to several pools, golf courses and recreational centers where you will enjoy tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, billiards and many clubs and activities. Come enjoy the 40 executive golf courses, where golfing is included with your $50 Resident ID's.
