Spacious 4-bedroom apartment with WiFi, AC in charming Conway
2/10 Terrible
"The outlook of the neighborhood didn’t feel or even look safe. The description stated 4 bedroom apartment but it was actually a 4 bedroom house. The grass was wasn’t cut and there some trash in the the yard (very small). The house needed to be power wash which made us not want to enter inside the property because we didn’t know what we were going to discover. The flooring from the dining room to kitchen and the dining room to the living room wasn’t the same level. We tripped several times walking back and forth, but luckily we didn’t sprain our ankles or even worse fracture any limbs. The bathroom tub, toilet, and sink had hair strands in it but I brought my personal cleaning supplies. The beds were not that comfortable but durable for a weekend visit. One television wasn’t working. I did make contact to let the host know that there was an issue, but it never got resolved. The living room sofa looked like it was used because there was an opening between the cushions and bottom of the chair as if the sofa bed couldn’t close completely. When I confronted the host regarding the property on where it was located, how looked, that it was a house not an apartment, etc. the host goes to state how this neighborhood was safe, how we maybe use to the Marriott but this is Marriott furniture, a movie has been shot, and the story can go on. I will never ever stay here AGAIN OR RECOMMEND PROPERTIES that is attached to this host after this stay!"
"The property was well kept, appointed, and clean. The downtown area was safe at night with curbside parking. Stairs must be used to access lofts so keep that in mind. I would add a small bistro table and two chairs and update to a firmer mattress and then this stay would have been a 5."
"We were a family of 10 attending a family reunion in Conway and this house was perfect for us. The location cannot be beat. The home is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood and minutes to the downtown area. The owner responded to all of our needs. Would highly recommend. "
