“ブカレストと言うとチャウシェスク政権の記憶しかなかったのですが、人々は謙虚で英語で話しかけても、なんとか応えようと頑張る人が多い印象でした。
このホテルは名前が余りにも機械的だったのでチェックイン前は心配していたのですが、メトロ駅から歩いて15分、24時間営業のスーパーマーケットが歩いて5分の距離にあり、直ぐ裏にはルーマニアの作家、ミルチャ・エリアーデが小説にした、「ムントゥリャサ通り」があります。
部屋はベッド、卓、クローク、ソファ、キャリーケース台、エスプレッソマシン、テレビ、空調、シャワーにトイレ、全 て揃っています。”

“If, like me, you’re always looking for a centrally located hotel that’s in a quiet area, moderately priced and includes breakfast then I can save you some time and searching….. you’ve found it! My room was on the 3rd floor and incredibly quiet, even though I was there over the weekend and within walking distance of Lipscani (old town). The room was a good size, clean and well equipped, and they even give you free wine and cake on arrival. Louisa on the front desk was very friendly and helpful……

“Adorei o estilo do hotel mantendo as instalações no estilo antigo da epoca da dona porem com reformulações atuais. O atendimento foi impecável: cheguei mais cedo e fui muito bem recebida. Me ofereceram cafe, agua, suco. Arrumaram o meu quarto o mais rapido que puderam mesmo antes do horário do check-in. Todos os funcionários eram muito simpáticos. Precisei fazer o check-out na madrugada, o que nao foi o menor problema. Solicitei um small breakfast to go e recebi no meu quarto um breakfast……

“I absolutely loved this hotel. 3 couples stayed here recently and the hotel was a standout for me, out of all the ones on the tour we did of Romania. The concierge, Mayer, was lovely, so helpful and professional. The hotel is appointed beautifully and is very comfortable. The welcome champagne was lovely too. If I return to Bucharest I will stay here again. It's close to a couple of good bars that serve food too. Big thanks to Mayer for making the stay so memorable. ”
