brand new cosy studio with all the amenities you need,independ entrance, next to the new Metro station,12 minutes from historical town center on metro,10 minutes walking from the seaside,in an area surroung by supermarkets,restaurants,cafeterias,pharmacies,stores,bakeries,banks, also free parking around and private parking uppon request (20euro/day if there is available parking at the time of the booking).Also 2 minites from one of the main road of the town (Vasilissis Olgas Avenue) where there are also buses heading to the whole town.
In the studio there is smart TV,Wifi,always hot water,microoven,tost maker,fully loaded dishes,mini refrigirator,coffe machine,water kettle.iron and iron board,hair dryer.3 minites walking also there is a theatre-cinema.Martiou is one of the East main neighborhood of Thessaloniki.
