"Great stay at Icelandic Apartments. The place was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The 24-hour chat support was very helpful, and they kindly accommodated our late checkout request. When the laundry on our floor was broken, they quickly arranged for us to use another floor, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-managed stay, and we felt taken care of throughout."

"The breakfast was great! And having the bar and soup available in the evening was very handy. The staff help with any Question we had. The one thing we missed. We like tea in the evening and there was no hot water. We brought our own tea. So along with the coffee that was always there a pot of hot water would be nice. I will stay there any time I go to Iceland"

"I liked the view from the 13th floor and that’s why I chose the hotel - the views. So I’m happy with that aspect of the hotel. The rest was generically okay. Fine, forgettable in a non-distinct area, but close to the city center of Reykjavik which is a cute and a colorful capital in this fascinating country."

"This was a very nice place to stay. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Nice views out the windows and the balconies were also nice. I liked that it was very well equipped with dishes and pots and pans to use for our own cooking needs. The washer and dryer were also very helpful for our needs with our kid's dirty clothes. Some things that were not as good was the parking situation. There seemed to be very few parking spaces available every time we came back to try to park. The bathroom fan didn't work but we just cracked a window which was good to have. The bathtub and the bathroom sink did not drain very well. Other than those minor things we had a really great stay and was our favorite place to stay on our trip to Iceland out of three places we stayed at. We stayed at Selfoss the longest. Thank you for a great accommodation!"

"This site has a keypad entry system which the outside pad is worn. We could not get in, no phone number to call, difficult finding a customer service person with Expedia. Honestly the multiple attempts to get in, numerous phone calls ruined the experience. Breakfast was supposed to be at our door in the morning, everyone else had theirs, we either had ours stolen or didn’t get them. If your going to use a self check in, a number should be easily accessible"

"What a lovely place to stay! The hotel is situated right above the river, with hills behind for a beautiful view. There is geothermal activity all around the property, including a vent right on the property where they will cook you an egg if you want! Two hot tubs, a little pool and a sauna complete the experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. To be honest, it's where we slept to prepare for the next day's adventure. A tasty restaurant on site with a delicious breakfast every morning. There's a trail you can walk along the river or climb the behind the property to take in the town, the valley and the other geothermal activity. Also a short walk to the friendly town. We really enjoyed our stay (despite the vague sulfur smell -hey! it's on a volcano! what do you expect?) and would happily return again. Thank you so so much!!! It was a great stay!"
