"When I pulled up the valet worker didn’t know where there was grass for my dog to go potty. After looking on my own, I discovered they have zero grass. I had to walk up a hill behind the hotel to find a small patch of grass every time my dog needed to go. They put me in a room that wouldn’t cool off. The engineer never showed up to fix it so I had to pack up and move rooms. The front desk employee told me he was upgrading my room for the inconvenience. The only upgrade was a patio. That would have been nice but the sliding door was broken and we couldn’t walk out there. The pool wasn’t open. I put out my menu that night for an early breakfast that never came. I could go on. The staff was nice. This hotel wasn’t dog friendly at all, though….if that’s what you are looking for. "

"First night we killed 4 spiders, breakfast was cold and nasty, including the yogurt that had 1 day before expiring! They had a wrecked car in the parking lot. The second night was another spider and ants in the bathroom sink. I tried calling the front desk from my cell phone several times and walked up there and nobody was there. The phone in the room had NO dial tone. The door had a huge gap between the door and frame. You can literally see the hallway and the window in the hallway from your room. Saw the morning we left the phone was not even connected!"

"The staff was so nice and friendly! My friends and I were there for a bachelorette and the whole time we received compliments and well wishes. Thanks so much to everyone for making our stay so special "

"The night shift manager was very unhappy every shift. He questioned me on needing 4 clean towels for me & my kids. I drink 1 soda at night & he of course had a comment about that too “Guess you really like soda..” Not sure why I had to tell him that yes, I drink 1 in the evening. That was so odd as well. He questioned how many people were in my room when needing clean towels. I said 4 & then he looked straight at me & said loudly “FOUR???” - Yap, 4, just like we said when reserving & checking in. Not sure why having clean towels is an issue. It was such an odd exchange. Another guest walked up to him while I was checking out & told him, “Man, you never seem happy.” FYI you need to request housekeeping or you don’t get clean towels or your trash emptied. Day shift workers were so kind & helpful. The hotel was clean & super convenient. The breakfast was great but they run out of stuff quick & we’re almost done putting it all away 15 mins early on our first morning. "
