「There was an intense detergent smell throughout the building and penetrating the room. I had to open the windows to breath.」

「They put us on the 1st floor as requested, but not sure if that was coincidence or not. We had dogs, and got put towards the back door. That would have been nice, getting the dogs in and out, but the back door was broken, could only go out. On the room, sat in the chair, which looked like it was out of the 1970s, and it smelled like urine. Breakfast was decent, nothing special.」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「We were visiting family and this was a great location away from campus and downtown. The property is clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and quiet. My only complaint is that there was a large group of lacrosse families staying at the hotel and when we were relaxing in the pool and hot tub, the pool and entire outside deck were taken over by about 25 kids and 30 adults. It was loud and crazy, and the parents weren't watching their kids who were screaming and playing rough in...
