I recently enjoyed a spectacular stay at a downtown Toronto hotel that offered stunning views of the city and lake, highlighted by the magnificent CN Tower. The location was perfect for exploring the city’s vibrant life, with everything conveniently accessible, enhancing my travel experience.
The hotel staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, making my stay both pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, exceptional service, and breathtaking views.

The location is great located a block off Young St. And two blocks off Bay St. It is in the "Village" so everyone is welcome. Safe to walk at night! The hotel is renovated but in some cases just covering things up. We needed two rooms and this was a great option.

Overall, it was a good stay. It was a nice little apartment, really appreciated that there was laundry and dishwasher in a very compact space. Everything was quite new and nicely appointed, but it was a bit sparse - only a few cups and glasses, 3 forks, that kind of thing. And there were only two dishwasher detergent tablets for a stay of 7 days, and no liquid dish soap or drying towel. So that made it harder to keep up with dishes and tidying up - my message to the host is to please either leave more tablets, or more dishes, or both. And maybe a French press or some other method for coffee, we really dislike the Keurig machine. Some sort of drapes in the bedroom to cut the early morning light would also be much appreciated. It's also a bit of a trick figuring out building access, but the location is very good otherwise.

The regular hotel service is fine and the building and facilities are nice. The reception desk service isn’t good. They don’t provide you a final receipt at checkout and wrongly added one extra night stay on my account. I had to spend decent effort working with Expedia on that. Awful post-stay experience.
