“服務一流、職員有禮，但房間比預期有巨大落差（訂房時看圖片以為每間客房帶小小的私人泳池，但其實只有一個很小的公共泳池，小得根本不好意思在那裡泡著），房間的陽台也小得根本不能坐。安排的房間在底層且近大堂入口，看不到什麼景色之餘，很容易被走廊的聲音吵醒）。早餐非常好吃，只是份量比較少，製作時間也比較久。也沒有提前告知有贈送免費下午茶，所以時間安排上錯過了。房間內沒有茶包也沒有熱水器。住頂層房間應該不錯，底層就算了。”

“Enjoyed the prime location and rice fields. It’s nearby market area as well as ubud palace! The bike rides were amazing and staff was friendly. Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. Secondly, the bed and amenities were of low quality. The bed used to shake a lot while sleeping, impacting……

“The Mayaloka Villas in Ubud was a paradise. The room was spacious and comfortable with a glass back wall open to the private pool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I did not like the way the shower was open to the rest of the bathroom as water was able to be splashed everywhere. The lighting could have been better. The pool was inviting and we used it twice. The staff could not have been friendlier, helpful, and accommodating. And the value for this place is incredible. i highly……

“Alle Mitarbeiter waren zuckersüß, sehr respektvoll und freundlich. Sie haben stets lächelnd gestrahlt. Die Unterkunft an sich war auch sehr großartig und wir hatten zu dritt reichlich Platz. Die Villa wurde täglich gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen zur gewünschten Uhrzeit auf der Terrasse angerichtet. Es war einfach ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ich würde es wieder buchen und kann es jedem empfehlen, der in Ubud……

“當初看到這家B&B的網頁說步行到皇宮只要10分鐘, 但實際上應該需要至少20分鐘如果走的快的話, 走得慢就需要半小時。 環境很清幽在稻田中, 很多昆蟲與青蛙, 泳池非常乾淨也夠大, 視野極佳氣氛也很好, 服務人員很客氣, 房間不大, 浴室是半露天的沒有浴缸, 這家適合喜歡自然環境與遠離塵囂的人來度假享受, 房間很少只有6間, 目前有2間還在裝潢, 工作人員比客人還多, 所以完全沒有擁擠的感覺。 事實上一邊游泳一邊看工作人員忙進忙出, 也一邊看到旁邊的農夫在種田, 會有一種奇妙的階級感與獨享感。 早餐不算豐盛但還吃的飽, 以B&B來說早餐應該是重頭戲但這家早餐頗令人吃望, 不過餐廳視野很好, 還可以看到阿貢火山如果是晴天的話, 晚餐價格不貴但份量少, 口味也普通而已。 一般車子無法開進來, 需要由他們工作人員用機車幫你載行李與載人上來, 記得要給小費, 要出去的話他們的工作人員也樂意載你到皇宮, 但當然小費也別忘了給。”

The only two things made I mark down are the lights are not enough in the morning when I need to put my make up on, and there are too many ants although I knew because it is a very natural environment, but I always worried about if the ants played in my clothes or in my bed. But I enjoyed Ketut's place a lot!! Thanks to all the people there, they are very friendly and helpful.”

“這是一間非常棒的住宿環境,是一間非常傳統的烏布建築,家庭成員非常客氣禮貌,臉上總是帶著微笑,還為我們準備了很棒的地圖,還有迎賓水果,每天不但變換早餐和水果,隨時準備熱開水可以讓我們泡茶和泡咖啡,花園的樹木花草也修整的非常美麗和整潔,每天都會來打掃房間,只是浴室沒有掛鉤讓我們掛毛巾和擺我們的牙刷牙膏,雖然他距離市中心有一點遠,不過這是我們最喜歡的住宿環境!”

“旅館在各方面都表現很好，員工熱情，房間乾淨且寬敞，有自己的陽台，唯一比較可惜的一點是交通，離市區大街的距離步行約10-15分鐘，道路是較為狹窄的小道，若是騎車或是開車要注意會車時要特別小心，這間旅館沒有專屬停車位，如果是開汽車自駕，需要借停左右鄰居的門口。”

“這飯店的性價比很高，含早餐及spa服務，但距離烏布市區需要坐車5-10分鐘，飯店交通車固定1-2個小時才有，出入不便。除非你不介意走20分鐘狹宰的鄉間小路。遇到一次下雨時車未準時出現，打了兩通國際電話，詢問飯店前台，但服務小姐毫不在意，那時對這家飯店的評價馬上下降。 This hotel has good price value, the staff is friendly. Only one thing not so convenient is there are nothing besides hotel, if u wanna go to Ubud downtown takes 5-10 min by car or walk around 20 min through a small county road. Hotel shuttle going to downtown every 1-2 hours, but unpleasant experience is sometimes they will miss the time and even when it’s……
