「Really thought this place was a cool spot to stay at. The room itself was really nice and cozy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaints ate that my room didn’t have any hot water — tried everything to make it work, but no matter what I did, only cold water. I assume that’s not an every room thing so take that with a grain of salt. 「The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「I LOVED this property!! It was so beautiful!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities! My husband and I experienced elevation sickness while staying here and decided to stay in for dinner. We didn't know if we could expect much from a somewhat limited menu, but we were pleasantly surprised with the BEST salad I had on the trip and we enjoyed the pizza as well.
