The rooms were clean, the location was convenient (easy quick drives to downtown, grocery store, MSU, etc.), and the kitchen was really well stocked so I didn't have to buy a case of salt and pepper for a short stay. It was great to have a full-size washer and dryer too. Brad's doing some renovation so the outside stairway area is a little bit messy. He just needs to have the contractors do some clean up.
