「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「I arrived on a Monday evening, and the only manager/owner was busy with a private event. No one was at the reception, and whenever I needed to pick up my key, asking for kettle, trying to fix wifi, I needed to walk across the building and fetched her at the restaurant. What’s worse was the grocery was also closed and there were no other restaurants nearby. I had to eat little food I brought with me to make through the night. The annex was not equipped with ac, and there is not bug net on the...

「I’d like to give an extra star to the team who prepared an early breakfast just for us, as we had to leave before the usual breakfast time. Everything about this hotel is pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant offers excellent food and local wines, and we truly enjoyed our stay here. A big thank‑you to the whole team!」

「Staff are very nice. The room is clean and tidy but the ventilation is not that good because there is no air-con.」

「We had a nice stay.」

「Location and animals」

「Schönes Ausblick, Wohnung sauber, man hat alles was man braucht. Vermieterin super nett. Weiter zu empfehlen.」

「Wonderful! Great location, great place, very clean and really enjoyed our stay」

「It’s not like usual stay in the hotel. It’s was totally a different experience. Only problem was my grown up boys they find difficult to sleep in the bunk bed as head room and length of the bed is not enough. Overall the stay was good and the plus is it’s situated in the very scenic location.」
