“Check-in was great, she was such a nice lady. Our room floor when we stepped on water was coming out between vinyl tiles, I thought ac was leaking but when we were leaving room to go out we realize hallway tiles are also un even and seems like flooded somehow. Bathtub is terrible no way you can get in. We got stock in the elevator, maintenance guy opened the door we need to jump out of the elevator between floor from 2nd to 1st. This property definitely need an update”

“They were over booked. Tried to put us in two separate rooms but I had not seen my family in 2 years. They said they could refund us but still haven't in 5 days. We stayed at a lovely little bungalow that accommodated all 6 of us including an outdoor shower.”

“Waking up to the sound of a hacksaw is not ideal. They are clearly in the midst of renovations and that would’ve been nice to know beforehand. Elevators need service, usually only one was working and it sounded terrible. Great shuttle service to downtown and great cafe/bar food and drink options.”

“We booked two carriage house rooms for a long weekend and it was amazing. Let's start with the location. White Point Garden is directly across the street. It is an easy walk to the Battery. About a mile to Pineapple Fountain, etc. There is plenty of street parking (permit provided on check in) so you could park and walk almost anywhere. Or catch the free Dash bus nearby. Rooms 1-3 were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast can be served in the small dining area or delivered to your room. The……
