The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. The sofa and chair apoear to be patio furniture and not comfortable at all and very difficult to get up being so low to the floor. The bath tub would not enpty so stoid in dirty water to shower.
