“When we tried to check in, there was no staff Member to greet or take care of us. 6 couples were waiting at the desk for 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The inside of the main building is very pretty, but the rooms on the outside buildings were Not clean, locks broken, outdated, television didn’t work, and generally disappointing. ”

“Woke up to a huge palmetto bug on the wall next to my bed...AKA American cockroach. It was the size of a half dollar. Office made it out to be no big deal. Floor was not clean. After searching under beds and dressers looking for bugs so my kids would go to sleep, noted garbage under dressers and beds along with dirt and debris. There was hair in the shower all over. Would never stay here again!! Horrible experience!! Not clean like the pictures show. ”

“I found this place online because I wanted a suite that had a separate bedroom from the livingroom area. It did not disappoint and the unit was clean and well appointed. Just be aware it is wonderful but it in not a full service hotel. These are owner condos that the management company rents out. That's not a bad thing but just know there is no resturant or room service to call on. It is a great building and a direct walk to the enormous silk sand beach with great shelling. On the path to it……

“Naples Bay Resort was a very nice place with a great location and fabulous restaurants. Convenient to 5th Avenue we enjoyed a 15 minute walk to get there or they offer complimentary shuttle to the town and also supply beach items and a shuttle. The pool and workout facility is 1st class along with the entire staff. We will definitely stay there again. ”

“Loved the hotel. Rooms were updated and clean, roomy and had a kitchen sink, cupboards and small refrigerator and microwave included. Only complaint was three small pillows for a king bed wasn’t enough. Pool was beautiful, bar area and restaurant were really nice and food was very good. ”
