“The hotel was very nice to stay in. It was very clean, modern, and accommodating. The room itself was very nice. It was like staying in a small cozy apartment/studio. The kitchen was small but very nice. It had cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. very nice for cooking on vacation. You would just need to rent out tools like a blender from the hotel. “Very cute updated 60’s-vibe motel. Perfect for our short stay in the Jacksonville beach area. We checked in on our own, with no problems. (Clear instructions emailed the day before.) “I did not want to stay in a pet friendly motel. Every room had at one time or another animals in them. Our room smelled terrible. We had to go buy sanitizer to make it smell better. It did not help much. I am a good customer of Expedia but this time I am really disappointed in our room and your service.”

“I made a reservation and was confirmed for a king suite. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no king suites and that it was overbooked with Expedia. I had to settle for a queen suite (which was NOT what I wanted, nor paid for). Overall, the desk staff was friendly, though there were plenty of times when I, or other patrons, had to wait as they would be not be visible, but in the back. The property seems like it is on the verge of being torn down or something, however, as it is beyond dilapidated. The couches, carpets etc were severely stained and dirty, light bulbs were out, there was no door on the closet, and the towels were old and tiny. Windows were dirty and light fixtures dusty.
