"The room we stayed in was a bit small, but made up for it with a beautiful balcony kitchenette. My children loved seeing animals everywhere, from coatis to iguanas to monkeys. Food prices at the hotel retauraunts were higher than anticipated however, and there weren't any grab and go options for drinks or snacks at reception."

"I cannot say anything but amazing things about the Parador Nature Resort & Spa. We loved our room and views, the pools were incredible as well as the staff. The beds were so comfortable. We felt like everywhere we went on the property that the staff were so kind and helpful. I loved having the self serve laundry, the outstanding breakfasts, the drinks at the pool bar with the wonderful bartenders who couldn’t have been friendlier. It was a great resort and we hope to return someday in the future."

"Good location in Manuel Antonio but you can't really walk to anywhere else to eat as it is on a steep hill so you need to get a taxi to get to food or shops but there are ubers. Staff really helpful. pool is good and the breakfast is excellent."

"This was definitely an interesting concept of staying right at the periphery of a cafe, but it ended up not being a problem at all. Parking was easy, the location was convenient to the marina and to Manuel Antonio, and the included breakfast was delicious. The staff even went above and beyond to prepare a breakfast for us to go one day. The room was spacious, although I did miss having a fridge and microwave. It was a very nice day and I would not hesitate to go back."

"Great spot for a 9 day stay with the family.I'll add some more context on the check-in. The pictures they send are not helpful, but it was easy to find. Just follow Google Maps and keep driving all the way to the back. Its the last house with a green gate. Our Uber drivers and shuttles had no issues finding it. I will tell you that Uber tries to pickup a little short of the driveway so send a message telling them to keep going. I would recommend VACASA send check-in instructions, or even better have the host meet you upon check-in. We had a few basic questions on how to use the stove, where to take out trash, how to use TV (wanted to catch some World Cup matches), ect....But our host, Kevin, was very attentive. We ran out of gas for the stove and had some initial issues with ants in the kitchen (I believe the house was empty for a while before us) and the dryer didn't work. All of these issues were resolved within 24 hours thanks to Kevin. The WIFI worked great. Never lost power. The AC in the bedrooms worked great. We had good water pressure in the showers and never ran out of hot water. Also, never had issues with drinking tap water.Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with the most beautiful view. The only downside was the rocky, steep drive up to the property, which was kind of hard to find. Definitely rent a 4x4 if you plan on staying here."
