“We needed a crib. Requested 1. When we arrived were told they only had 1 for entire hotel and it was Already taken. Breakfast was okay, needs to have more options. Complimentary Water Bottles would of been a nice touch. No ice machine on 4th floor and vending machine only takes cash, now days that is not very convenient.”

“Our room was great-comfortable bed, lots of space, nice shower. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very warm and helpful. Great location as well.”

“Dirty, everything broken, faucet, no doorknob, dirty everything dirty”

“If your looking for quiet getaway this is it!!! Cozy relaxing with beautiful scenery.”

“This was an excellent place to stay out in the country while visiting NE Texas. We really enjoyed our stay w/ 3 kids (9, 6, 4) and one elderly. The house is cute and well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. The private pond is beautiful and close to the house, but not TOO close (FYI if you have really little ones). There were 2 rowboats and a canoe which we enjoyed. We saw fish moving though didn't catch any ourselves. Paula the host was extremely helpful and responsive. ……

“The house was great but the lawn needed to be mowed. Walking through tall grass to get into the house was not good. The inside of the house was very clean and neat.”

“Location was conveniently off highway. Ranch grounds were primitive. Back patio was a nice oasis. Pond was cute with peddle boat (except the boat filled with water when it rained). House was a nicely divided floor plan. Very accommodating for our two families, 10 total. Host was responsive and friendly.”

“This place was so relaxing! Great view right off the lake. Very clean!! Host is very quick on responses and checks in to make sure you have everything you need! If you have fur babies this place is perfect. Fenced in yard. We enjoyed our stay!!”

“A quiet cottage with a view.”

“Great property! We would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful property and great host! The lake view is amazing!”

“We celebrated Father’s Day weekend at this beautiful cottage. The Host was very responsive and accommodating. The cottage was spotless and has a fence for furbabies. And the view of the sunset is spectacular!!!!We will definitely be back.”
