“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“Please fix the leak from shower. Leaks in the bathroom and hallway carpet. Smells mold. Replace the entrance carpet just 2-3 m. Smells bad. And spray heavily for mold. It’s a great hotel otherwise and great staff. I loved it. Thank you.”

“Customer service was very hit and miss. While some staff were friendly and professional, others seemed uninterested, often offering no greeting or smile. The complimentary boat service to the port was poorly managed. We arrived at 6:50 pm, within the advertised 6:00-7:00 pm operating hours, but the boat had already left. The next day, we arrived before 6:00 pm and it was already full. 2 friends of the skipper pushed their way to the front and jumped on the boat so we ended up squeezing onto an……
