The negatives were: our room wasn’t ready at the 4 pm check in time so we had to wait; the next day housekeeping didn’t leave a bath mat towel or wash cloths. We didn’t notice until about to shower. 「Noisy, granola bars with coffee for the price of this hotel was shameful. The common area was sparce-patio tables and a few unbrellas indoors. Too much traffic, construction, loud people but I guess that's what you get for staying in the center of Old San Juan. Will not recommend this property to anyone who wishes a decent nights sleep. Very disappointing for the end of a good trip.Should have expected and done more research. 」
