This was my second time staying at this property and it suits my circumstances well. Its conveniently located to entertainment and food as well as being reasonably priced.

Nice hotel, breakfast was one of the best hotel included breakfast. Rooms are compact and so is the hotel restaurant but probably typical for Tokyo. Plenty of good inexpensive and expensive dinning opportunities in walking distance

Close to night life and convenience stores. Laundry room does not have very sufficient washing and dry capabilities. Hotel is noisier than most due to volume of people and area that it is located

Not my best time at a APA. I’ve stayed at an APA in Kyoto and they set the standards high leaving me thinking every APA would be amazing. No. Asked for extra pillows multiple times because they were never brought to my room the first time and had the audacity to tell me to come to the front desk to get the pillows. Did not leave complimentary water after cleaning the room everyday. Wish it could have been a better stay. And I think all APA’s should follow the same protocols.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room, nice facilities. It is a 15 min walk from Shinjuku station. I wish I had booked a location that was closer, but this location was good for the price. There are great dining options nearby and several convenience stores as well. Rooms are small, perfect for a single occupant, kinda tight for 2 or more.

If you are staying more than 1 night, dont stay here, it is so tiny it is not practical. So small you cannot sit straight on the toilet, you cannot stand in front of the sink as the shower is in the way, there is not enough room in the bathroom to dry yourself. The room has zero drawers, zero wardrobe, and zero space to put any clothes. We didnt need a big room but this was just ridiculously small. Even the breakfast restaurant was so tiny you have to wait outside before you can get a table, then when you are in, you are constantly trying to avoid bumping into everyone else as its that small.
