Great access point, staff were friendly and helpful and though room was small it was cosy. It was perfect location for Tokyo centre. Away from the madness of Shinjuku and close enough to other areas. Plenty to see and do nearby , really perfect location. There was nothing even slightly negative I could say about the place. I would stay there again.

Very nice room convenient location for going around Tokyo it is 2 minutes from train station. Great area for shopping and electric town is there for anime fans.

I liked that despite having arrived super early, the hotel had my room ready and I was able to both rest a bit after a long trip back to Tokyo from Kyoto, and leave my luggage before venturing out into Akihabara. The room was clean and comfy! One thing I didn't enjoy as much was that (although cool to see it used) the hotel used a more automated system for checking in. I was instructed to scan my passport, and pay for my stay, then I received the room key. Again, yes it's cool but isn't that what the employees are there for? They even seemed slightly annoyed when I struggled with the system even a bit. Overall staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience though!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, it’s literally steps away from Akihabara Station, and there are so many dining and shopping options very close by. Not to mention it’s not far at all from Tokyo Station, Ueno Station and even the Asakusa area. The hotel was clean and very quiet. I think the only two issues I had was the bed was a little firmer than I would like it and I never did figure out how to adjust the temperature so it was quite warm in the room half the time. Overall, this hotel was the perfect base for visiting Tokyo and surrounding areas.

Amazing location, 2 FamilyMarts nearby, 24-hour food spot down the block, and JR Akihabara station is across the street. Location couldn’t get any better. Staff is also amazing, overall 10/10.

This is a fairly typical Tokyo hotel in terms of size & practicality for a reasonable price. The rooms facing the river have sun during the day, a major plus. It's clean & close to a major station. The furnishings are dated but functional. The remm nearby has bathrooms with external windows if that what you're into but this place also had a less skeezy vibe than the remm. Management let me adjust the reservation which I appreciated & there are different magnets you put on the door based on which sort of cleaning you'd like - the place seems well run.

The room is so dusty and you can see layers of dust in every corner of the room! The shower was unreliable, you could get scalded as the temperature could increase suddenly.

This quiet, well appointed and reasonably priced hotel is right next to the railway station and the magical Yamanote line (that travels all around Tokyo), within metres of several convenience stores and a couple of minutes away from the excellent Yodabashi store. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Tokyo.

The room was clean and tidy when we arrived, the room was a bit smaller than what we expected but still ok to be expected. Very convenient right next to the JR station central exit a quick 2min walk. The only the thing i didn't like was we asked help from the staff if they would help us translate Japanese as we don't speak Japanese to change a reservation but they turned down helping us. That was the only downside but besides that it was ok.

Awesome acomodation in one of the busiest and most interesting neighborhoods of Tokyo. It’s really convenient right next to the station ans so walkable to the main shops of Akihabara. The room was clean and the staff very nice.

A great value!
A very economical hotel for a couple on vacation. The bed was a little hard for our taste and the the train was audible at times, but it was clean, larger than most similar hotels in Tokyo, and ideally located.... overall a great value for the price.

This hotel was a great destination. You can see it from Akihabara station. Take the East central exit and it's right in front of you. The room was big enough, the WiFi was good. 3 minute walk to a tanuki shrine, 15 mins to Kanda shrine, and within 5 mins walk of Radio Kaikan, Yodobashi, Bookoff (across the street), Wagyu, Curry, and good sushi. DonQi, Animate, etc. within 10 mins. Easy check in and check out as well.

The front desk staff and especially the house keeping staff were awesome. The room that I stayed in was clean and very comfortable, the only thing was the bed was too firm for me. The location was right by Akihabara Station, a less than two minutes walk. I would highly recommended this property to anyone wanting to stay in Akihabara area.
