Room space is fairly big comparing with other Japanese hotel. The place is quiet. The utility is bit old. The air conditioner is lack of cleaning, the wind outlet has visible sign of mold

Value for money
Reasonably priced hotel in Tokyo. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. There's a 7/11 just next to the hotel that you can use if you need to get anything. Walkable from Yatsuka station.

Definitely worth the price. The hotel is a little run down but is pretty clean. The bath was huge and the bed was fairly comfortable and not squeaky at all. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to spend too much on a room in Tokyo.

I like the parking is good sides and easy to park and food is good traditional my son and wife liked it and easy to get to it and staff is friendly.

Satisfactory, the people working here are great.
I like this hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and although a bit wore down, quiet comfortable. I liked the bed, but my client had a bit of a backache. A great asset is the parking place, and to be honest you need a car in this part of Tokyo.

I loved how friendly the staff/management was. They will go out of thier way to communicate with you. Rooms were great. Clean and tiddy. Only down side was the t.v only having about six chanels. But over all great place to stay at a ten minute walk to the train station.

It was the only option for this date but not really recommended. Very smelly and faaaaar away from Tokyo. Friendly staff but that was the only highlight. Cigarette smoke everywhere....

口コミ通り部屋は広くて静かで良かった。 駐車場無料が決め手で選んだけれど、エキストラベッドもとても寝心地良く、設備も使い勝手が良かった。 ただ、広過ぎる浴室と黒カビ（どうしても取り除けないのだろうが）がマイナスポイント。 無料の簡易朝食付きもありがたかったし、ディズニーも近くて便利でした！

It is a good option for traveling with friends or with your couple, if you are traveling with family you should take another option, the hotel seems in the past was a love hotel, also to get the metro it takes up to 15 minutes walking. for those reasons if you will travel with family you should try another option

War mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Personal war auch immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war etwas dezentral, was an sich kein Problem darstellt, weil man vor Ort Bus und Bahnverbindungen hat. Jedoch fährt ab 0 Uhr keine Bahn mehr, wenn man länger etwas in der innen Stadt unternehmen will. Kann man mur noch mit einem Taxi zurück fahren.

朝食・駐車場付きでリーズナブル
娘のスクーリングがあった為、駐車場付のホテルを探しました。 部屋もきれいでトイレ、バスがセパレート 朝食、駐車場付でとても良かったです。

人が良い！！

改善
部屋入った瞬間加齢臭臭くユニットバスはカビ臭くて便器の裏に血液の塊か汚い塊がありました。あとは普通でしたが、また出張がありましたら使いたいと思いますが臭いをかいぜんしてほしい。 予備ですが加湿器、シェービングジェル、バスクリンだのあったら助かりました。フロントの人の対応はばっちりいい人達でした

説明書・表示不足。
浴室給湯設備の説明（操作方法）表示がないので、湯温度などの設定が難しい（トライアンドエラーが必要なので、時間がかかり、濡れてしまう。）。

シャワー室が広く快適に使用出来た。 wifiの繋がりがいまいち。 3Fの部屋だったが静かでよかった。

建物は古いです。ユニットバスはカビ臭いので改善して欲しいです。駐車場は無料なので、車の方は便利ですが、枠によっては非常に停めづらいです。夜は駐車場も暗いので、注意して停めて下さい。フロントの方は基本的に親切に対応してくれますが、対応が悪い方もいました。ホテルの顔だと思うのでどうかと思いました。値段も凄く安いわけではないので、リピートはしません。大手のグループの方が安心です。
